Project Details
What we need
- Outreach & School Engagement: Contact local schools to promote and encourage participation in our upcoming AI-driven sports event, and assist with onboarding logistics
- Sponsorship & Partnership Development: Reach out to potential sponsors and partners, present sponsorship decks, and support the negotiation and follow-up process
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including communication with stakeholders and participants
Background
The Extra Mile Charity Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities in Hong Kong. This summer, we are organizing a large-scale AI-powered sports challenge to promote physical well-being, innovation, and community inclusion. This internship offers hands-on experience in event outreach and stakeholder engagement, contributing directly to our mission of social impact.
