What we need
  • Join a 1-hour call to learn about our organization, how we currently use Salesforce and our needs
  • We have purchased Salesforce license and is looking for ways to fully utilize the tool to help us in handling data, especially on donations and programs
  • Share technical knowledge/ Provide simple tutorials for our team members on using Salesforce
  • Meeting dates and times are negotiable, can be at our office/ remote
  • Prefer Cantonese-speaking volunteers

We are currently reviewing the potential ways to improve our operation with Salesforce.

Salesforce license will be provided.

Why this is important

It is always our goal to fully utilize the funding and in-kind donations from donors to help our beneficiary families. Salesforce can help us in recording our program and activities details, as well as recording and analyzing funding and in-kind donation that have been delivered to our families.
