What we need

• Attend a 2-hour briefing to understand our remote health monitoring initiatives and their social impact potential
• Support the creation of an impact measurement framework and KPIs for a grant proposal
• Help develop a compelling narrative that showcases our program outcomes
• Assist in drafting one grant proposal that effectively communicates our mission and impact to potential funders
• Work with team members to gather necessary data and information for proposals
• Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds

Our mission is to facilitate ageing in place by providing support to older adults through innovative strategies that promote physical and mental well-being. We believe that by maintaining health and functional independence, older individuals can enjoy their golden years to the fullest.

What we have

Previous research work and knowledge in remote health monitoring. You will work closely with our project manager to learn more of our requirements and assist you throughout the project.

This role is crucial for securing funding from various sources, which will enable Agesmart to expand its programs, reach more family caregivers, and enhance the quality of life for older adults in our community.
