「虎豹別墅」最令香港人記起的不是現存的別墅，而是與其同時興建的「萬金油花園」。別墅在1935年建成後，花園免費供市民及遊客參觀。園內佈滿奇山怪洞，佛、道及中國民間傳說造像皆出自胡文虎先生構思，儼如中式「迪士尼」主題公園。其中「十八層地獄」半浮雕壁畫栩栩如生，成為不少香港人的童年陰影，現在回想，其實是我們知道善惡因果道德倫理的源頭，或許，這正是胡文虎的心思。 2008年浪人劇場藝術總監譚孔文曾為香港話劇團以「虎豹別墅」為主題創作《虎豹別野》，成績斐然。17年後，他將延續舊作以此為題創作全新演出。 2025年浪人劇場《虎豹別墅》是一齣揉合個人情感及社會記憶、遊走在神話和傳記之間的「仿 Cabaret」演出，期望觀眾從娛樂中感受已消逝的詭異，建構真正的美。 誠如德國戲劇藝術家布萊希特在《戲劇小工具篇》如是說：「戲劇就是要生動地反映人與人之間流傳的或者想像的事件，其目的是為了娛樂。」

- 節目内容涉及不雅用語及令人情緒不安情節，體驗只供年滿12歲或以上的義工兌換。
- 演出全長約100分鐘，不設中場休息。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 一人一票，須憑票入場。不設劃位。
- 節目進行時，遲到或中途離場的觀眾須待適當時候方可進場。
- 節目如有更改，以最後公佈為準。如遇特殊情況，浪人劇場保留更改節目內容及表演者的權利。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 如當日遇上惡劣天氣影響，請與Theatre Ronin 浪人劇場聯絡。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。
- Time Auction臨時取消或缺席條款，以及其他條款及細則適用。
