- Input the number of volunteer hours (completed in the past 12 months) you would like to bid for the tickets
- The bidder with the highest number of volunteer hours will win and will be notified by email after the silent auction has closed
Please ensure you have logged the number of volunteer hours you’d like to bid in your account (click here).
If your bid is not successful, the volunteer hours will be returned to your account.
This silent auction will end on 25 Nov 2022 at 6 pm.
Terms and Conditions
- By submitting, you agree with Time Auction’s terms and conditions as stipulated on the website and in the FAQ and only the successful bidder will be contacted after the silent auction.
- The successful bidder must redeem the committed volunteer hours through the redemption method (a private link) provided by Time Auction within 24 hours. Otherwise, the next highest bid will get the opportunity.
- The successful bidder must come to the Time Auction office at Causeway Bay to pick up the reward.
- If your bid is not successful, all volunteer hours will be allocated back to you.
- Reward photos are for reference only.
- Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged, or cancelled by the volunteer.
- By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
- In case of dispute, Time Auction reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
- Time Auction late cancellations & no show policy and other terms and conditions apply.
Requirements
1 volunteer hour must be completed during 28 Nov 2021 to 25 Nov 2022.
The volunteer hours you bid in must be completed and verified during Nov 2021 to Nov 2022, otherwise, your bid will be forfeited.
