With my unique and intergated background of Marketing, nonprofit fundraising, social work and social innovation, I can view social services from both sides of the coin.

I often notice communication gaps when NGO practitioners explain their work to potential funders, donors, or people with a social service mindset. For example:

• A sports program misses the social captial element among the team members;
• A youth program can differenate from others by the self-empowerment progress which is unique for each individual
• An art program with specific intervention can improve depressive mood (with a clinically proven scale) among participants
• or you have something in mind but don't know how to frame it into the current social service delivery model

The Problem : Your service lacks the framework or language to tell the social service field or funder(s)

The Solutions:

If you are a social worker: Assisting SWs in creating structured frameworks and language to convey the impact of their programs. This includes translating complex social work concepts into clear, relatable messages for those without a social science background.

If you are from non-social service background: Assisting organizations in conceptualizing and framing their unique ideas within the existing social service delivery models, ensuring that their initiatives are well-communicated and aligned with best practices in the field.
