[Co'asis] NGO-Corporate Partnership

Network

Description

I’d love to connect with NGO peers to share insights and learn from each other about working with corporate partners. No experts here – just real experiences, honest lessons, and maybe some new ideas we can try.

What I Can Share:

  • My hands-on experience with:
    • Corporate volunteer campaigns (like Volunteer Month programs)
    • One-off team volunteering events
    • Year-round CSR partnerships

  • What’s worked well (and what hasn’t!)

What I’d Love to Learn From You:

  • Your experiences with corporate collaborations

  • How you’ve navigated challenges

  • Any tips you’ve picked up along the way

This could just be a casual chat where we can:
✓ Swap stories
✓ Ask each other questions
✓ Maybe find some common ground

If you’re up for sharing and comparing notes, let’s find a time to talk!

About Ivy

Bio

Ivy is the Program Director of Time Auction, a charity that advocates volunteerism. She joined Time Auction in 2017, at a critical point when the organization was transitioning from a side project to a full-time venture. As the first hire during this pivotal phase, she played a crucial role in shaping its growth, managing operations, cultivating partnerships, piloting new programs, setting culture and values, as well as nurturing new team members dedicated to making a real impact. At Time Auction, volunteering is reimagined. Volunteer hours can be redeemed for empowering experiences, from cooking with Michelin-starred chefs to creative workshops. In 2020, they launched a platform connecting skilled volunteers with nonprofits, addressing a significant talent gap in the social sector. To date, their community has contributed over 200,000 volunteer hours. Her commitment to service sparked in high school when she began volunteering. When she isn't spearheading initiatives at Time Auction, Ivy can be found at home with her rescued cats and birds. A passionate animal lover and volunteer, she's the go-to person if you're looking to adopt a furry friend! Before joining Time Auction, she dedicated four years to the international NGO, OneSky, where she assisted orphaned children in China. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
