我們需要

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of donor information and donation record in our database system (Salesforce)
• Answer enquiries through our email and social media inboxes
• Prepare thank you letters, receipts and donor acknowledgement
• Create design templates and copy for marketing materials and reports
• Carry out research on social issues (eg. homelessness in Hong Kong), conduct social media research on our profiles
• You will be working 3 days per week (9:00am - 6:00pm | between Mon-Fri)

At ImpactHK we have a vision for an inclusive Hong Kong where everyone has a safe place to call home and cares for their neighbour. We work with people experiencing homelessness to help them settle in a safe home, restore their mental and physical wellbeing, build their self-esteem, increase their social capital and discover their purpose.
