Oversee and assist organisational budget and financial report preparation
Help us to prepare an audit for our annual return

背景資料

Green Hour is a relatively new non-profit organisation. Officially obtaining section 88 last May, we are in need of a volunteer to offer administrative support and oversee our financial transactions and records. Your advice on how to develop our financial and accounting system to make it more efficient will be highly appreciated.

As a newly registered charity we still have a lot to organise in regards to financial plans, etc. We need to get everything organised to make sure we can work to the best of our ability, giving 100% to all our projects and helping the environment and underprivileged as best as we can.

我們的工作

Established in 2018, Green Hour aims to promote a sustainable lifestyle through education, events and campaigning. Having already organised multiple beach cleanups, 'plogs' as well as Hong Kong's first 'Plastic Attack', Green Hour has begun establishing itself in the area. More recently, Green hour has started its Bun Run initiative, rescuing surplus food items from being sent to landfill and distributing them, as well as other essentials, to those in need in the community. To date, Green Hour supports roughly 100 individuals on a weekly basis, with plans to expand over the coming months.
