• Assist in the planning and execution of major events such as: Wan Easter Egg Hunt, Home and Away Football Tournament, Art exhibitions, bake sales, and other fundraising events
• Support event logistics, including: Vendor coordination, Venue bookings, Event setup and teardown, Volunteer management
• Assist with promotional activities (social media posts, email campaigns, and creating marketing materials)
• Assist in idea generation and creativity to make events more attractive
• Attend events and assist with on-site operations
