• Monitor and maintain smooth operation of farm production systems
• Supervise special education employees and coordinate shifts
• Provide technical support for farm operations
• Assist with purchasing farm supplies, such as protective materials, tools, and planting equipment
• Prepare for weekend markets and lead special education employees and volunteer parents in selling crops and other products
• 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm; Sat/Sun: 9:00am - 1:00pm, with rotational weekends off)
• Salary: $11,000-$20,000/month (based on experience)
