Steve has over 30 years of experience in both in-house and external human resources roles, working with public and private organizations across various industries. He has held executive positions, including Department Head and Senior Management Team member, reporting to top-level decision-makers. Additionally, Steve has over 25 years of experience as a Visiting Lecturer and Dissertation Supervisor at local and overseas universities. He has also founded a human resources advisory social enterprise, Buddy Town, and has transitioned into a professional trainer and coach to help individuals with career development. He is well-connected within the HR community with a vast network on LinkedIn and Facebook.
