The Challenge

Identifying the need for counselling services within the medical and education industry, especially under the strain of COVID-19, ReSource the Counselling Centre hopes to gain insights and reach out to their beneficiaries in an effective, timely manner but are lacking the expertise, resources and manpower with just a team of 3.

Our Solution

A total of 23 volunteers were recruited to help with digital marketing and partnership outreach — They have supported ReSource in launching a new Instagram account that accumulated 700 followers within 3 months, and have outreached over 80 associations, creating more opportunities to engage with the targeted beneficiaries.

“Time Auction is a very developed and user-friendly platform that helps us to recruit the right people to work with. We are always thankful that we found talented, passionate, and very kind volunteers here, who are dedicated to building a better mental health community with us. Time Auction’s team also provides helpful and timely support to us which facilitates the recruitment process of volunteers.”
