Description

Make Your Mark at a One Ten SPIN class. Specifically designed for young adults aged 14-22. Our spin classes take place on stationary bikes in the darkness of an underground cave. A 50-minute spinning session of intense cardio exercise with powerful messages reflecting your unique experiences as a young adult.

Our spinning instructors are also professionally trained life coaches, here to help you understand and let go of the stresses specific to young adult life, and empower you to experience true transformation.

Requirements

For students aged 14 - 22. All volunteer hours completed in the past 12 months count.

**When you successfully bid for the class, please log the volunteer hours AT LEAST 3 working days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) before the class or your seat will be forfeited.
