About
Make Your Mark at a One Ten JUST CLIMB class. Specifically designed for young adults aged 14-22. Our climbing classes allow you to engage in climbing on rock walls inside a safe environment. Climbing engages all your muscles, from your heart to biceps and quads, which helps to build full body muscle and strength. You will increase your endurance, better coordination and gain valuable life skills as you climb your way through our climbing gym.

Here to unleash the fighter spirit within Hong Kong’s young adults, One Ten is on a crusade to create positive impact through exercise, building an army of young warriors who give 110% to everything they do. Our spinning instructors are also professionally trained life coaches, here to help you understand and let go of the stresses specific to young adult life, and empower you to experience true transformation.
