- Research and understand the needs and interests of target audience
- Develop content and engagement strategies for attracting target audience as well as potential partners and stakeholders
- Brainstorm and formulate event and program plans for engaging the target audience groups
- Network and engage potential stakeholders and other team members to gather resources
- Regular meetings with the founder will be hosted

Collective Guts is named for the courage that binds us in the pursuit of mental wellness. We promote self-awareness and social awareness as the cornerstone of emotional wellbeing. Our mission is to sparkle a cultural shift, empowering individuals to embrace and express their vulnerability and feelings, proudly seek support, and foster a compassionate attitude to emotional distress. By promoting early intervention and proactive care, we aim to mitigate mental health issues and prevent suicide. Understanding and confronting our emotions, we cultivate personal growth and a supportive community—our collective guts facing adversity and life changes together.We are now recruiting a volunteer who can help manage our social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook.

We commit to preventive services and support for mental health as fundamental strategies to mental health issues. OUR VISION is to lead Hong Kong into a future where mental health and emotional vulnerability are embraced as pillars of a healthy society. We visualize a culture where seeking help is not only destigmatized but is also seen as an act of courage and a step towards personal growth. We dream of a world that recognizes mental distress as part of life's natural ebb and flow, and where a stigma-free, supportive community exists, valuing open and compassionate attitudes to enhance well-being and strengthen interpersonal connection.
