Redeem 3 passes for Semi Private Coaching (SPC) at AQ Strong and improve your altheletism! AQ Strong is dedicated to anyone with an athletic mindset. They offer quality SPC that integrate the best methods, science and technologies.
Each 1-hour SPC session is in a group setting, with a max attendance of 12, always coached. Train the full spectrum of Athletic Quotient, mobility, coordination, strength, metabolic, speed and power - or just focus on the areas you need.

Language: Cantonese or English

AQ Flow, Strength & Power, Speed & Agility, Mobility & Stability, Regeneration, Athletic Conditioning, and Weightlifting Technique.

- The reward is not eligible for past/ current AQ Strong members.
- The SPC 3-Pass needs to be used within a week once started.
- The reward is valid for 1 month from the day of redemption.
- The SPC 3-Pass can be used to register all signature SPC sessions (except Barbell Club).
- Reward photos are for reference only.
- Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer's own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.
- By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
- If Black Rainstorm warning or Signal no.8 is in force 2 hours before class starts, class will be canceled. Classes will be resumed 2 hours after the signal is lowered.
- In the case of dispute, Time Auction reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
